Frederick J. Paatz, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Fred is the founder and CEO of Express Business Finance and The EBF Group Ltd. Prior to founding EBF, Fred was a partner in a U.S. factoring company and has over 15 years in the finance industry. He has extensive knowledge of corporate finance and business operation in the international arena and serves on the board of several corporations. Fred is the “vision” behind Express and serves as the Chairman of the Board.

Beatrice Prins, Vice President of Finance
Beatrice is the Vice President of Finance for Express Business Finance and The EBF Group since 1999. She oversees all financial activities within the corporation and is responsible for the financial side of corporate due diligence. An Accounting professional with extensive experience in both financial and management accounting, Beatrice understands the financial requirements and pitfalls associated with a wide range of industries.
